European Renaissance Cassone

C17th or early 18th century fruitwood cassone / chest with small lidded till. Likely Italian or Spanish in origin. Carved molding on bottom and applied columns, on original turned feet. Multiple modern reinforcements on the underside of lid, and hydraulic lid prop have been added. 49"x22"x26"H
